The olgas - kata tjuta. Another change for me has been getting fitter. I have never been unfit. But I had fallen into a sedentary routine of working, eating, sleeping and not too much else. I knew that I could do with losing a bit of weight and generally toning up. I made a very conscious effort to cut down on meal portion sizes, ditch the foods that really should have been sometimes foods. Like the waves in the picture, my life is ever changing.
